Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking or renting a vehicle.
Required Verification Documents
To ensure a safe and secure rental experience, renters must present two (2) valid government-issued IDs (including a valid driver's license) and one (1) latest proof of billing upon vehicle handover. For foreign travelers, proof of billing requirements are completely waived — only a valid passport and foreign ID are required.
Non-Refundable Down Payment
A required down payment is settled upon booking verification: ₱2,000 for Self-Drive packages and ₱1,000 for With-Driver packages. This down payment is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final rental balance invoice.
Booking Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations do not entitle the renter to a down payment refund. You may request a date change up to 48 hours prior to the pickup time, subject to vehicle availability and calendar blockers.
Vehicle Releases & Liabilities
The vehicle will only be released once document verifications are approved and down payment is confirmed. Renters must inspect the vehicle and comply with standard road safety rules and Metro Manila traffic laws.
Agreement Clause
By reserving a car or submitting booking details via our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. VanGo Rentals reserves the right to modify fleet availability, package rates, and lease conditions.
